Jennifer Aniston 'wants prenup before Justin Theroux wedding'

Jennifer Aniston will reportedly insist on a prenuptial agreement before marrying Justin Theroux.

The former Friends star announced her engagement to the Rock of Ages writer over the weekend.

An alleged friend of Aniston has now told the Daily Star that the actress won't tie the knot with Theroux until he signs a prenup.

"Jen's thrilled to be getting married but she's leaving nothing to chance," the insider said.

"She wants to make sure all her assets are protected, especially with her track record with men."

Aniston's father recently caused a stir when he claimed to know nothing about the engagement in an interview conducted after the stars confirmed the news.

However, the actress's rep later clarified that he was indeed aware, adding: "[He] thought he was being trapped on the phone so played dumb to be safe."

Aniston's ex-husband Brad Pitt has reportedly phoned the Wanderlust star to congratulate her on the engagement.
